INSTITUTIONAL/COMMERCIAL INTERNAL USE LICENSE/REGISTRATION:

Any corporation, institution, government agency or business wishing to use the "Visual SQL-Designer" software in the course of its
internal business must purchase an "Visual SQL-Designer" registration or SITE LICENSE. Any individual wishing to use the "Visual SQL-Designer" software within a corporation, institution, government agency or business must purchase an "Visual SQL-Designer" registration or SITE LICENSE.
The SITE LICENSE is provided for those who want to use "Visual SQL-Designer" on multiple computers. A sample INTERNAL
USE LICENSE for the internal use of the "Visual SQL-Designer" software is included at the end of this document.

Any corporation, institution, government agency or business may use the unregistered shareware version of "Visual Menu Explorer"
only for evaluation purposes and only for a thirty day period. After the thirty day period, you must either register "Visual SQL-Designer" or discontinue its use.

For the purposes of this license, a SITE is considered a group of computers/users at ONE LOCATION (one street address).
This definition of a SITE is subject to change. Each computer that uses "Visual SQL-Designer" in any way requires licensing.

INDIVIDUAL LICENSE/REGISTRATION:

Anyone using "Visual SQL-Designer" outside is firm must after the thirty day period register "Visual SQL-Designer" or discontinue its use.


COMMERCIAL SALE:

Any software dealer or library may distribute the entire "Visual SQL-Designer" package in an unmodified form when included in a
CD-ROM shareware collection. The sale of "Visual SQL-Designer" or its parts for profit, either alone or together with other
software or hardware, requires a licensing agreement possibly providing for royalty payments. Please write for terms.


UPGRADE POLICY FOR "Visual SQL-Designer" :

Registered/licensed users of "Visual SQL-Designer" may upgrade "Visual SQL-Designer" to the next DOT
release (1.1 to 1.2, etc) for free at VisualSoft
